Responsible for the operation of the 392-bed not-for-profit community based health care organization made up of two acute care hospitals and a skilled rehab nursing facility.

Responsible for the governance of Nursing as it relates to clinical nursing practice and standards of patient care which are consistent with current nursing research, professional standards, and laws and regulations governing nursing practice; monitors and provides direction for clinical quality outcomes; administrative responsibility for Memorial Care Center.
